Used to accommodate an LED lamp, we manufactured the custom fixture pictured here for a lighting industry application.

To manufacture this product from .090″ thick aluminum, primary operations involved bending and punching, and our large inventory of standard punch tools enabled us to economically create the edges, notches, and mounting holes. Our CNC controlled equipment in the hands of our proficient technicians allowed us to uphold tight ±.005″ tolerances. Additional operations consisted of assembling the components of the adjustable fixture. After applying a durable white powder finish, we packed and shipped them to the customer.

Featuring finished dimensions of 8″ in length x 16.2″ in width, multiple inspection points allowed us to maintain tight control of quality through the fabrication processes. Ongoing production of this fixture is in the range of 100-2500 units per order.
