Recent Projects

To give you a better idea of what we can do for you, here are some past products we’ve completed for our customers:

  • Custom-fabricated NEMA enclosure. An example of our success building NEMA enclosures, one of our customers in the electronics industry benefited from a 16-gauge steel NEMA-rated enclosure that we constructed using a range of equipment including our brake press, turret press, welder, and hardware insertion systems, complete with a safety yellow powder coating.
  • Aluminum medical control box for the medical industry. With an understanding of the needs of medical enclosures, we manufactured a control housing for a customer in the medical industry that consisted of .125″ thick aluminum. We were able to cost-effectively and rapidly produce a high-quality solution using our CNC-controlled press brakes, punch presses, and conveyorized powder coating line.
  • Large enclosure for the electronics industry. A customer in the electronics industry required a large 78″ x 40″ x 24″ enclosure, which we were able to manufacture using precut cold-rolled steel sheets with our large turret press, along with brake presses that bent metal parts to shape the components going into the finished enclosure. We then coated each part with the help of our in-line Faraday cage booth.
  • Custom-fabricated NEMA-rated cabinet control box. Another project involving a NEMA-rated application was a cabinet control box for an electronics customer, which consisted of 14-gauge steel. Measuring 12.313″ long and 9″ wide, we formed, welded, punched, deburred, ground, powder-coated, and assembled the box to exact specifications using our in-house machining systems.
