A Printing Industry Case Study

One recent project for the printing industry is a barcode label catcher, which included multiple, complex angles and round bends. The part was constructed from 0.050 in. thick aluminum sheet and measured 9.0 in. x 7.0 in. Operations included precision bending, punching, and spot welding. After forming, we deburred the part and created a grained surface finish, in accordance with the customer-provided part print.

Thanks to our highly-skilled team, we were able to produce top-quality parts that met our customer’s requirements. We continue to manufacture this part in lots of 100 to 5,000 units, with a four-week delivery time.
