Domestic fabrication of small and large brackets. Our technicians operate precision CNC machinery to cut, bend, and form sheet metal into three-dimensional brackets with channels, holes, and cut-outs to meet customer specifications. We can also provide welding, with different options including spot welding, automated welding, semi-automated welding, and manual welding, as well as stick, MIG, TIG, and plasma-arc welding.
In-house powder coating. We perform expert powder coating in-house, and we’ve provided this service to our customers since 1988. This streamlines production and ensures more faithful adherence to your design specification because it’s handled by one firm with no interruptions or supply chain complications.
Precision in-house inspection. We provide in-process and final inspections for bracket production. For final inspections, we have advanced Coordinate Measuring Machinery (CMM) and other equipment to verify precision.

For oversized components, we can use our 130-ton press brake to create sheet metal hardware up to 12 feet long. Our machines can meet specifications with tolerances of 0.0005 inches with steel and 0.05-inch-thick aluminum sheet metal.

Our recent projects include a specialty lighting bracket project, in which we produced aluminum brackets measuring 15.3″ by 3.3″ within 0.005″ tolerances. The brackets had a white powder-coated finish and precisely placed holes for fast, easy installation.
